Who can invest
Almost anyone, from almost anywhere.
Participations are open to people in Europe, the Gulf, Africa and beyond. There is one group we do not accept, and a few things every investor needs to know before sending money.
Not open to US persons
We do not accept US citizens or anyone resident in the United States, wherever they currently live. Before you invest, you confirm this in writing.
Everyone else is welcome. Whether the rules of your own country allow you to take part is yours to check, and so are your taxes. We send a statement with every distribution; what you declare and where is up to you and your adviser.
| $1,100 | The minimum | One participation of $1,000 plus the 10% acquisition fee. Buy as many as you like; the fee falls as the amount rises. |
|---|---|---|
| 100% | Paid up front | You transfer the full amount when you sign. There are no instalments and no later calls for more money. |
| USD | A bank account | One that can send and receive international transfers in US dollars. That is where your distributions go. |
What you confirm before you invest
These five points are part of every participation agreement. If one of them is not true for you, please do not invest.
- 01
You are not a US citizen and not resident in the United States.
- 02
You are of legal age, and investing your own money.
- 03
You have read the risk disclosure and understand you can lose all of it.
- 04
You understand that a participation is a contractual right to the income of one unit, not ownership of the property or of a company.
- 05
You can leave this money alone for years, because you may not be able to get it out sooner.
Read the investor guide first
Who we are, how we choose a unit, what you are buying, how the money moves, every fee and every risk. We send it by email. Add your budget and we will tell you which acquisition fee applies.
